Changed your mind? You have 7 days from the day your stickers arrive to send them back.

How returns work

1. Email us at support@vancouverstickercompany.com with your order number, so we know they're coming.
2. Mail the stickers back to: Vancouver Sticker Company, Care of Mail Room, 3505 O Street, Vancouver WA 98663. Return shipping is on you; we don't cover it.
3. Once your stickers land back here, we credit your order back to you.

Damaged in shipping:

If the mail gets rough with your order and your stickers show up damaged, we'll print you new ones. One catch: your replacements won't carry the serial numbers you originally bought. They get new ones, roughly the next numbers in line when we reprint. That's the whole point of serial numbers. Each one exists once, and there are no do-overs.
