Welcome to Vancouver Sticker Library. This store, vancouverstickerlibrary.com, is run by Windowmeme LLC, doing business as Vancouver Sticker Library ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

1. What we sell
Vancouver Sticker Library sells stickers designed by independent artists and printed by us in Vancouver, Washington. Each sticker comes on its own library card with a serial number. Serial numbers are given out in order as stickers are printed, so the number on your sticker is approximate to when your order was placed, not a number you pick.

2. Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and set by us. We may change prices, products or availability at any time. An order is accepted when we ship it, and we may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item isn't available, the price was listed wrong, or the order looks fraudulent. Colors on your screen may look a little different from the printed sticker.

3. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Shipping
We print your stickers after you order, then ship them. Delivery times are estimates. Once your order is with the carrier, it's in the carrier's hands; if it shows up damaged, see our Refund Policy.

5. Returns and damaged orders
Returns and damaged orders are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. The art belongs to the artists
Every design in this store belongs to the artist who made it. Buying a sticker gets you the sticker, not the rights to the artwork. You may not copy, reprint, resell as your own design, or make products from any artwork in this store without the artist's permission.

Artists who publish their art with us grant us the right to use, distribute, advertise and sell their published images for as long as those images are published on our site. When an artist removes a design, we stop printing new copies, but we may sell stickers already printed for up to one year, as set out in our Artist Terms.

7. Artists
Artists who sell through Vancouver Sticker Library do so under our separate Artist Terms, which they accept in the Vancouver Sticker Manager app. Artists are independent creators, not our employees.

8. Copyright complaints
If you believe a sticker in our store uses your work without permission, email us at support@vancouverstickercompany.com with a link to the sticker, proof of your ownership, and your contact details. We investigate every request and may take a sticker down while we look into it.

9. Using the store
Please don't misuse the store: no scraping, hacking, interfering with checkout, placing fraudulent orders, or using the store for anything illegal. We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Our content
The store's design, text, logos, card design, serial number system and everything else that isn't an artist's artwork belongs to us. Don't copy it without our permission.

11. Disclaimers
The store and its products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond what's written in these terms and our Refund Policy.

12. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order.

13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders follow the terms in place when they were placed.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Clark County, Washington.
